Juice of 1 large Lemon
1/3 cup coconut oil or any non dairy butter
1/2 cup and 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
1/2 cup agave nectar or maple syrup
Optional adds for the filling:
Add 1 or 2 Tbsp peanut butter or dates or what you like.
Proces separately dates and walnuts. Then mix the walnuts and dates and proses togheter. For the filling put the rest of the ingredients in a blender an blend until smooth. Grease lightly a pie pan. Press the nuts and dates mix into the pan whit your fingers. Freeze for 5 minutes. Finish putting the filling into the pie crust. Frezze for 2 or 3 hours. Decorate with any acid fruit or the ones you like.
